Working for us

We're a supportive, progressive and friendly workplace. Our staff benefits include a comprehensive learning and development programme, competitive pension scheme, flexible working and generous annual leave.

Our CEO Jo Revill says, "We are ambitious and the College Plan 2018–2021 clearly sets out how we will achieve our aim... I am passionate about encouraging creativity and innovation across the whole of our staff..."

Our people are our first priority. We aim to create a challenging and safe space for all employees, and our staff-led groups include a disability forum, BAME network and LGBT+ and allies group. We're proud to offer excellent staff benefits.

If we're your employer of choice, we look forward to hearing from you!

We want more healthy children. So we make sure that our members get the knowledge and expertise they need, and we involve children, young people and families in all that we do.
We are governed by our Board of Trustees and Council. Our senior management team leads our six divisions, working with about 170 enthusiastic people - mostly in our London office, but also in Edinburgh, Cardiff and Belfast.
