About this webinar

This webinar is the third in a three-part series and is created in collaboration with Talent for Care.

It will be delivered as a panel discussion and features speakers from Talent for Care, Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) and RCPCH. A live Q&A will follow the panel discussion.

Arran Daly

Coach, Senior Facilitator and Program Manager at Talent for Care

He is part of the team at Talent for Care, and currently leading a number of workforce health and wellbeing programs in large NHS Trusts and health and care organisations. He brings18 years of experience in business having trained in a range of key business management roles, from team management through to project managing.

Dr Daljit Hothi

Consultant Paediatric Nephrologist and clinical lead for Home Haemodialysis (HD) at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH).

Dal now runs the largest Paediatric HHD Programme internationally. She is a trained Action Learning Set facilitator for NHS Leadership Academy; and Senior Fellow Faculty Medical Leadership & Management (FMLM). She has also held a number of leadership roles including the Associate Medical Director at GOSH, and the Director of Leadership Development at the FMLM.

The webinar is designed to be of interest for all RCPCH members and non-members of all roles, UK-based and international, whether aspiring to be a leader or already in a leadership position.
