The pandemic has presented unique challenges over the last two years, with wellbeing strategies and peer support playing a greater role.

In this video, Ash, Anna and Peter discuss their wellbeing roles and how they have been helping to ensure wellbeing is done in a positive way, that helps look after yourself and your wider team. They look at the importance of feeling empowered to take breaks, allowing you to give the same high quality and compassionate care to your first and last patient, as well as sustaining your paediatric career from start to finish. As we enter a transition year, with an opportunity to pause and reflect, they highlight the need to embed wellbeing strategies in your routine and most important of all, to enjoy your job!

Grab your wooden spoon and join Ash as he puts Anna and Peter through their paces whilst discussing wellbeing and baking Nutella stuffed cookies.
