Branches and roots - illustrating the concept of wellbeing

In thinking about how to describe the concept of wellbeing, Anna Baverstock, Lead for Doctor Wellbeing in her NHS Trust, has been working on a tree. Each branch represents an aspect of wellbeing. The roots include culture and values, compassion and mindset - but there's space to add your own.
