Resources for understanding air pollution

This video is a great visual explanation of what air pollution is. It is available in multiple languages on the North Central London ICS Asthma and Air Quality webpage

For information suitable for all ages, have a look at The Spark magazine special on air pollution. Shared by one of our Scottish Clean Air Network members, this is a super explainer of air pollution suitable for all ages of CYP. There are some fun interactive experiments too!

Simple actions you can take to breathe cleaner air

The RCPCH &Us Climate Changers group of young people created this poster to support families to breathe cleaner air - both indoors and out. View here or download at the bottom of this page.

Resources about eco distress

This Royal College of Psychiatrists page on Ecodistress can be shared directly with CYP / families, and is also a useful learning resource for child health professionals. There is a linked podcast which is very informative.
