This Act aims to increase public transparency about lobbying. It means that face-to-face communication RCPCH Scotland may have with ministers, MSPs and Scottish Government special advisers, where we discuss aims to progress child health policy on behalf of the College, must be included in the Lobbying Register.
As we all get used to interpreting the guidelines, members who engage in parliamentary activities on behalf of the College, are encouraged to contact RCPCH Scotland in the first instance.
