Milestones magazine for members – summer 2024

In this issue we look back at RCPCH Conference 2024 and hear from medical student prize winners and RCPCH &Us. We also get 'Powered up', discussing how to tackle health inequalities with actions, and take a look at life post-CCT from three past trainees.

The magazine also features an introduction from new RCPCH President Professor Steve Turner, who outlines what he wants to achieve as part of a team, including to improve the benefit to you as members and to continue advocating for investment in child health.

There's a wealth of other content, from how Getting It Right First Time (GIRFT) is working on a national review of services for children and young adults with diabetes, learning how to give (and receive) feedback and ensuring that patients are at the heart of quality improvement initiatives. Plus our regular features such as a 'day in the life' and a tasty bake from Ash.
