RCPCH statement in response to UNITE members' decision to take industrial action

Despite concentrated effort on both sides over a period of months, the RCPCH and UNITE have been unable to reach resolution on the 2022 pay award. The College has now received notice of industrial action from UNITE with the first series of strikes to take place this month.
