The Ethics and the Law Advisory Committee (ELAC) aims to provide guidance to the College on ethical matters, policies and guidelines, within the context of the College’s charitable objects. It proactively advises and informs the College on legal and ethical issues relevant to paediatrics, and comprises expertise from different areas, including legal, genetic and paediatric surgery.
