We asked the paediatric community on Twitter to share their tips to trainees stepping up the to registrar, or middle grade, rota. From trusting your intuition to being good to yourself, from making plans to and using all the resources you need (possibly including chocolate!), here's what they have to say.
It's expected that trainees will be supported to transition to the registrar, or middle grade, rota under Progress+ earlier than with the current curriculum, Progress - and some regions are already stepping trainees up early.
