Submit your data for cohort 8
We invite Health Boards and Trusts to submit their clinical data for cohort 8 on our Epilepsy12 data platform. This cohort is for patients with a first paediatric assessment for a paroxysmal episode(s) between 1 December 2024 and 30 November 2025, and first year of care data entry between 1 December 2025 and 30 November 2026.
Published in July 2026, our annual report presents the latest results from Epilepsy12, with three key themes: including all children and young people; workforce and pathways for local populations; and impactful care planning.
