Brings together epilepsy experts from the NHS, academia, charitable organisations and other stakeholder groups to work together to provide a unified voice to ensure paediatric epilepsy sits high on the national agenda.
Why has this programme board been set up?
The board is set up to develop an overarching strategy to inform paediatric epilepsy research, training and national quality improvement projects.
The RCPCH provides administrative support for this board, which aims to expand the portfolio of epilepsy projects, provide opportunities for collaborative research and support the development and delivery of national and international projects. The board also provides advice and support to external consultations and quality improvement programmes.
