The Board of Trustees is very grateful to John Jenkins for his very engaged and committed service to the College as a member of the Board of Trustees. John stood down at the end of March 2020 having joined as a Trustee when the Board was first created at the end of 2016.

Medicines safety alert – apraclonidine use in infants below six months of age

The RCPCH/NPPG Medicines Committee has recently been informed of a severe adverse reaction in a six-month old child with anisocoria who had been administered apraclonidine 1% to help exclude Horner syndrome.
