About this webinar

This webinar is the first of a three-part series and is created in collaboration with Talent for Care.

The first episode will be delivered as a panel discussion and features speakers from Talent for Care, Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) and the RCPCH. A live Q&A will follow the panel discussion.

Learning outcomes

  • Differentiate between the being and doing of leadership, and understand why both matter.
  • Recognise how leaders can shift from “accidental” leadership to intentional, values-based leadership by design.
  • Explore ways to ground themselves and others through times of change and uncertainty.
  • Reflect on their own leadership identity and identify one small shift they can make to lead with greater presence.

Benefits for Delegates

  • Clarity & Insight – Gain a fresh perspective on what it truly means to be a leader, beyond just getting things done.
  • Practical Tools – Leave with concrete practices for staying grounded, intentional, and resilient in uncertain times.
  • Personal Reflection – Opportunity to reflect on their own leadership journey and identify a next step towards more conscious, values-led leadership.
