Medication errors are a significant but preventable cause of harm to children and young people. Meds IQ brings together quality improvement (QI) tools and improvement projects that have been developed to address this problem. This is part of QI Central, our quality improvement sharing platform, which was refreshed in October 2020.
Meds IQ on QI Central is freely accessible to any healthcare professional working with children in the UK. It helps you support each other to provide better paediatric medicines safety.
