Meds IQ - sharing QI resources for paediatric medicines safety

Medication errors are a significant but preventable cause of harm to children and young people. Meds IQ brings together quality improvement (QI) tools and improvement projects that have been developed to address this problem. Meds IQ is now part of a wider repository of quality improvement resources called QI Central.

Meds IQ on QI Central is freely accessible to any healthcare professional working with children in the UK. It helps you support each other to provide better paediatric medicines safety.
