Member Services team

We are responsible for the following:

  • Provide member support and respond to membership related queries
  • Manage and promote our range of membership benefits
  • Process membership applications and subscription payments, and manage renewals
  • Issue and verify membership certificates
  • Liaise with BMJ on subscriptions to our journal, Archives of Disease in Childhood
  • Organise fellowship networking events
  • Produce membership collateral and send membership communications and marketing activities
  • Advise College staff and Officers on membership matters and the associated bye-laws and regulations

Please state your RCPCH membership number when contacting us. We aim to respond to queries within five working days.
