We are seeking an Officer for Training and Quality, Assistant Officer for Training and Quality and Members of the Training and Quality Board. This Board oversees the College's strategy and operations of the paediatric specialty training programme, including the curriculum and assessments, as well as the overall trainee experience. It also engages in related work, such as the paediatric experience in foundation years and medical schools.

- Officer for Training and Quality - Leads the College’s strategy for paediatric training, curricula, assessments and quality management, ensuring high standards and effective support for trainees and trainers
- Assistant Officer for Training and Quality will assist the Officer in delivering the College's strategy for paediatric training
- Board Members will join the committee and help take forward its important projects and work streams
