Our principal responsibility is the management of risk – both financial and reputational by the development of sound policies and procedures and their effective implementation and operation.  

Effective control of these processes allows accurate and timely financial reporting both internally and externally.  Analysis of this information provides an opportunity for real time management of the College’s activities and this measurement of its performance shows the route to transformational change.

RCPCH investment policy
