Epilepsy12 & OPEN UK National Conference 2018 resources

On 22 June 2018, more than 140 health professionals working in support of paediatric epilepsy services and patient organisation representatives came together at the inaugural Epilepsy12/OPEN UK National Conference with the aim of learning from each other and improving the care offered to children and young people with epilepsies. The conference included a young people-led symposium, keynote speaker and related Q&A session, Epilepsy12 update and quality improvement (QI) showcase session with associated QI project poster displays.

Feedback shows that 98% of delegates left the conference with ideas for improvement within their service. All delegates who provided feedback said that they would be happy to attend future Epilepsy12/OPEN UK national conferences.
